Overview:
My name is Zachary Bishop Burnett and I am from Arlington, TN. I have been competitively racing motocross since 2005. Now, at age 15, I compete in amateur national events all over the United States and at local events every weekend. The classes I race include 85cc 12-15 Stock and Mod, Supermini 12-15, Schoolboy and 250C. My short term goals are to continue to compete at the national and local levels, winning as many championships as possible. In order to travel and compete nationally, I have chosen to complete my high school education through an accredited home schooling program. My long term goals include becoming a professional Motocross and Supercross rider, making this my career and becoming a champion.
2011 Goals:
My goal for 2011 is to attend and win as many national events as possible. I have the ability and dedication to win national titles, as well as all local, regional and state titles. In order to achieve my goals, I have been training and riding daily. In addition, I have the full support of my family, who will assure I have the funds and transportation to attend national level events.
My Commitment:
I strive to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude about racing and everything else in my life. I am gracious in victory and remain positive even in defeat. I understand that my success hinges on my ability to advance and improve, while promoting my sponsors in a positive manner. I am prepared to set a good example at events and away from events, day in and day out.
